FOX Sports will introduce a premium digital channel management software service in the fourth quarter of 2016.
The subscription service will allow subscribers to access sports programming and sports data at no additional cost.
FOX Sports has been in the market for a high-quality digital channel that would allow the sports network to stream all its programming to its subscribers, which could allow for better viewership.
The network recently acquired the streaming service and will make the software available to its subscriber base in the coming months.
Fox Sports will also offer premium programming including premium sports programming on the FOX Soccer channel and FOX Sports 1, both of which are available for free, with premium sports channels such as ESPN and Fox Deportes.
FOXSports.com will continue to offer premium sports packages to its members, and the FOX Sports App will be available for download for mobile devices.
The company’s premium sports subscription will also include ESPN and FOX Deporte.
