The first question that comes to mind is: when you buy new hardware, do I need to buy a suite of software that’s supposed to manage all the files?
This is where it gets tricky.
The answer to this is a bit more complicated than the question you might expect, since there are several software suites that can manage files, including Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Fusion, Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft Outlook, Outlook.com, OneDrive for Business, and others.
If you’re like most people, this question is probably not going to be answered by the first software you buy.
If that’s the case, consider the following question: does any of the software suite I buy have an easy way to manage files in a way that lets me edit, delete, and move files without having to run any other software?
This question is a good one, and a great example of why we recommend you check out these other questions before you buy software.
